We're a small team and we read every message. Email tingandthingsapp@gmail.com and we'll reply within 5 working days.
Telling us your device model, iOS version and app version (shown at the bottom of Settings) helps us fix things much faster.
Plan generation uses the internet. Check your connection and try again. If it still fails, Ting & Things falls back to an offline planner, so you will always get a plan — email us if you see an error instead.
Open Profile and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and we'll sort it.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in your Apple ID settings, not in the app. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel from there. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Ting & Things shows ingredient costs as estimates to help you plan. They are guide prices, not live supermarket prices, and will differ from your actual shop.
Open Profile, then Settings. You can update your household, country, diets, allergies, budget and goals at any time, and your next plan will use them.
Open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. See Delete account for full details.
Ting & Things is local-first and works offline. We do not run ads or sell your data. Read the Privacy Policy.
